Job Description

As a Guest Service Agent, you are responsible to provide professional and customer focused service to the hotel guests, ensuring their stay will become a memorable experience. your role will include key responsibilities such as check in and check out, handling cash , sell rooms to walk in , dealing with other colleagues from other departments, maintain privacy of the guests and implement the hotel policies at all times.
Computer literate and previous experiences with Opera are an advantage.

Package & Salary

– Basic Salary: AED 2300
– Accommodation: Sharing room, 2 in 1 .
– Travel Ticket: Every 24 months.
– Language Allowance of AED 150 if speaking any of the 5 languages (Arabic, Russian, German and Chinese)
