We are hiring a dedicated, enthusiastic, reliable and experienced Kiosk Supervisor to join the unique dynamics of the location in JBR, Dubai, the fun brand image (e.g. Crazy Bananas!), and the need for both operational efficiency and engaging customer service.

Experience and Skills Requirements

Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B, retail kiosk (mall, beach, park), café, or street food concepts (preferably with high-volume tourist traffic)
Basic food handling knowledge – Experience with simple food prep, dipping, topping, and maintaining food safety standards
Cash Handling & POS Operation – Comfortable with using digital payment systems
Multilingual Skills – Fluency in English is a must; Russian is a plus
Ability to Upsell – Skilled in suggesting toppings to increase average spend per customer
Able to lead the team.

Monthly Salary and Benefits

Basic Salary: AED 2700
Accommodation Allowance: AED 1000
Transportation Allowance: AED 500
Airline Ticket Allowance: AED 100
Medical Insurance provided
UAE Residence Visa provided
Starting January 2026, an incentive will be paid based on targets achieved
