Vacancy Overview
We are seeking a qualified and experienced Finance Manager to join at a 5-star hotel team. The ideal candidate will oversee the financial operations of the property, ensure compliance with accounting standards, and support strategic decision-making to maximize profitability and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
• Manage all accounting and financial functions of the hotel.
• Prepare accurate financial reports, forecasts, and budgets.
• Monitor cash flow, accounts receivable/payable, and payroll.
• Ensure compliance with local tax regulations and corporate policies.
• Conduct audits and internal controls to prevent fraud and error.
• Coordinate with department heads on budget control and cost optimization.
• Liaise with external auditors, banks, and regulatory authorities.
• Provide financial analysis and support to the General Manager and Executive Committee.
Requirements:
• Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field; CPA or equivalent certification is a plus.
• Minimum 5 years of finance experience in the hospitality industry, preferably 5-star hotel.
• Strong knowledge of hotel accounting systems (e.g., Sun, Opera, MICROS, or similar).
• Excellent leadership, analytical, and communication skills.
• High integrity and attention to detail.

Salary Package: AED 12,000 to 14,000 (Inclusive of Housing allowances)
