Vacancy Overview

We are currently seeking a skilled and engaging Bartender, ideally with a European background to join at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Dubai. The successful candidate will have a passion for mixology, strong interpersonal skills, and the ability to create memorable guest experiences.

Note: Job will start on 1st October 2025

Key Responsibilities:
• Prepare and serve classic and signature cocktails, wines, and beverages with precision and flair.
• Engage warmly with guests, offering suggestions and explaining drink menus confidently.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times.
• Monitor bar inventory and restock as needed.
• Follow all health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Ensure accurate billing and handle transactions efficiently.
• Work closely with the service and kitchen teams to ensure seamless service.

Requirements:
• Previous experience as a bartender in a luxury hotel or upscale bar environment.
• Strong knowledge of international and classic cocktails.
• Good command of English; additional European languages are a plus.
• Well-groomed, professional appearance with excellent communication skills.
• Friendly, energetic, and confident personality.
• European work experience, or cultural background is preferred (for authenticity in service style).

Salary & Benefits:

Total Package: AED 6500/ (USD 1770) + Higher tips + Service Charge
• Duty meal, annual ticket, medical insurance, onboarding ticker are provided
• Onboarding assistance by the management for the first 2 months
