Vacancy Overview

We are seeking a poised and customer-focused Female Hostess to be the welcoming face of a Fine Dining Restaurant in The Palm Jumeirah, Dubai. As the first point of contact for guests, you will ensure a warm, courteous, and professional welcome, while managing reservations and guest flow.

Note: Due to uniform and presentation standards, we require a minimum height of 170 cm for this role.
Job will start on September and October 2025.

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Greet and seat guests in a professional and friendly manner
• Manage reservations and walk-in guest lists
• Coordinate seating with wait staff to optimize guest experience
• Maintain a welcoming atmosphere in the reception area
• Handle guest inquiries with grace and efficiency
• Ensure presentation standards (uniform, grooming, posture) are met at all times

🔹 Requirements:
• Minimum height of 170 cm (due to uniform and visual presentation requirements)
. Minimum 2 years’ experience in luxury hospitality
• Fluent in English and other languages is a plus (e.g. Spanish, Turkish, Russian, Italian)
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Polished appearance and confident body language
• Prior experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
• Flexible to work shifts, weekends, and holidays

🔹Monthly Salary and Benefits:
Total Package: AED 7000 / (1905 USD) + Higher Tips
