Banquet Supervisor

We are seeking a Banquet Supervisor (female, Arabic speaker) to oversee the banquet operations at a luxury hotel in Qatar. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, attention to detail, and experience in managing banquet events. As a Banquet Supervisor, you will ensure that all events are executed smoothly, maintaining the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
• Supervise and coordinate banquet events, ensuring that all operations run smoothly.
• Manage and lead the banquet team to deliver exceptional service to guests.
• Communicate with clients to understand their event requirements and ensure their satisfaction.
• Oversee the setup and breakdown of banquet events, ensuring all details are taken care of.
• Ensure that all equipment, decor, and supplies are in place for each event.
• Monitor service quality during events, ensuring all guest needs are met.
• Handle any issues or complaints during events in a professional and timely manner.
• Work closely with other departments (kitchen, sales, etc.) to ensure a seamless guest experience.
• Ensure the banquet area is well-maintained, clean, and organized at all times.
• Assist with staff training and development to ensure high service standards.
Requirements:
• Female, Arabic speaker is required
• Previous experience in banquet or event supervision, ideally in a luxury hotel.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple events simultaneously.
• Exceptional customer service and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage and motivate a team to achieve high service standards.
• Fluent in both Arabic and English (spoken and written).
• A positive, professional attitude with a passion for hospitality.
Benefits:
• Salary: 3,500 QAR per month.
