F&B Trainee

Vacancy Overview

We are seeking a passionate F&B Trainee to join our dynamic Food & Beverage department at a luxury hotel in Qatar. This is an excellent opportunity for someone eager to develop their skills and gain hands-on experience in the hospitality industry. The ideal candidate will receive training in various aspects of food and beverage service, gaining exposure to both front-of-house and back-of-house operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in serving food and beverages to guests in accordance with the hotel’s standards.
• Support in setting up and clearing dining areas before and after service.
• Provide excellent customer service by anticipating and meeting guest needs.
• Learn about the different aspects of F&B service, including restaurant operations, bar service, and banquet support.
• Help maintain cleanliness and organization in the F&B areas.
• Assist with inventory management and stock replenishment.
• Ensure guest satisfaction and resolve any issues during service.
• Participate in departmental meetings and training sessions to enhance skills and knowledge.
• Assist in the preparation and setup of special events, banquets, and VIP services.

Requirements:

• Preferably female, due to operational requirements.
• Fluent in English, knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
• Positive attitude, eager to learn, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends.

Benefits:

• Salary: 1,800 QAR per month.
• Meals, Uniform, and Transportation are provided
• 18 Annual Leaves, 11 Public Holidays, 1 Birthday Off.
• Vacation Ticket Allowance provided annually: Equivalent of a round-trip ticket every 2 years.
• Alternate 2 & 1 Day Off weekly (6 days in a month)
