We are looking for a warm, professional, and service-oriented Lobby Hostess to join a dynamic team at a 5 Star Hotel in Dubai and be the welcoming face of the lobby lounge.

As a Lobby Hostess, you will be the first point of contact for our guests. Your role is key to creating a lasting first impression through a warm welcome, personalized service, and seamless coordination with our guest services team.

Key Responsibilities:
*Welcome all guests with a warm, genuine smile and courteous greeting
*Provide assistance and directions to guests in the lobby
*Manage guest inquiries and coordinate with Front Office, Concierge, and F&B departments
*Maintain a calm and polished presence in the lobby area at all times
*Ensure the lobby is immaculate, elegant, and guest-ready
*Anticipate guest needs and proactively offer assistance
*Support VIP guest arrivals and special events when required

Requirements:
*Previous experience in a 5-star hotel or luxury hospitality environment (preferred)
*Excellent grooming, communication, and interpersonal skills
*Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
*Warm, confident, and approachable demeanor
*Ability to handle pressure and multitask with grace
*Passion for hospitality and exceptional guest service
*Preferably South Africans & Europeans nationality

Salary Package:
*Basic Salary: AED 3000/- +service charge

*Accommodation, Visa, Medical insurance, transportation, meals on duty, 2-way ticket every 2 years.
