I earned my Bachelor of Science in Business Administration, major in Financial Management, while working as a student starting from my 2nd year in college. Balancing academics and work taught me discipline, time management, and the value of perseverance. Despite the challenges, I remained committed to both my education and responsibilities, and I’m proud to have successfully completed my degree. Being a working student helped me grow not only professionally, but also personally—making me more adaptable, responsible, and driven to succeed in any work environment.

I completed my Senior High School under the Technical-Vocational-Livelihood (TVL) track, specializing in Contact Center Services. This program helped me build a strong foundation in customer service, communication, and handling client interactions in a professional manner. It trained me to be confident in dealing with different types of customers and taught me the importance of patience, active listening, and providing quality service—skills I continue to apply in every role I take on.
