I did venture into hospital industry year 2017 because I had passion and drive to work in food and beverages operations. I have the experience in service operations working in vibrant hotel and club restaurant ie sequence of service, variety of beverages such a Brandy, Tequilas, Cocktails, Champagne, Whiskies and Wines, I also have knowledge in main course meals, starters and dessert. I have good knowledge in use of point of sale system (POS) and upselling skills.
