Organizes, coordinates and plans the property annual budgets on time, for review by Corporate Office/Owners.
Preparing and coordinating with all divisions to complete annual Operating Budget, Capital Expenditure Budget and Special Repairs and Maintenance Budget, Cash Flow Budget and Marketing Plan.
Briefing about the reports of P&L, Tax matters, Hotel’s operating performance and Banking matters.
Maintains work papers in support of budgets.
Analyzing the reports of variances in Monthly Financial Report. Monitoring, reporting and analyzing variances from budgets.
Assists internal and external auditors in the completion of their assignments, financial statements and supporting schedules for audit.
Verifying assets and liabilities.
