Senior HR & Admin Officer at MOE (Ministry of Education) Project Managing recruitment process for the MOE project, including job postings, candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding, in coordination with the Head Office (HO). Collaborating with the department head of MOE project to assess staffing needs and develop accurate and detailed job descriptions. Serving as a point of contact for employee concerns, providing guidance on HR policies and procedures. Addressing employee issues promptly and work towards maintaining a positive work environment. Implementing and managing the performance appraisal system, ensuring timely and effective evaluations. Overseeing the preparation and finalization of the MOE project payroll and forwarding to HO, and ensuring accuracy and timely payment.
