• Establish and maintain IT and digital communication infrastructure, including wireless or LAN networks, troubleshoot network switches, Unifi access points& firewall • Familiar with school infrastructure. Experience with school learning platforms (MS Teams, Oxford reading buddy, etc....) • Install, configure, and maintain Windows servers, computer peripherals, IT hardware, application software, software tools, and software patches • Support the installation, configuration, and maintenance of ERP systems across all modules. • configure and support for FortiGate firewalls, working on create security policies, device MAC binding, manage application and web filters • Administer Office 365 user accounts and create email addresses and distribution groups (Exchange Online, OneDrive, SharePoint, Azure Active Directory, OneNote).
