USAID/DAI, Macro-Economic Stabilization and Reform (MESR) Project  Install and update company software and hardware as needed  Maintain and operate office equipment; serve as an IT generalist and troubleshoot day-to-day office  Assisting with network administration tasks, including internet outages and computer troubleshooting.  Gather IT requirements from users and develop solutions to meet organizational needs.  Ensuring data storage is safe, secure and regularly backed up.  Set up security cameras, monitors in and around the project office, and manage security feeds.  Support the organization and management of events, workshops, conferences etc.  Implement security measures  Monitor security certificates and company compliance of requirements  Support of legacy desktops, laptops and servers  Maintain inventory of internal licenses and track compliance  Design and generate reports as requested  Provide technical advice and assistance to office staff as needed  Coordinate with the USAID HQ Information Services department on IT related issues  Resolving all issues coworkers have with their IT systems and software.  Educating coworkers about network security and best practices

 Builds, configures and operates company IT environment, Creating Domain server, PFsense Firewall system, Wi-Fi and Network infrastructure.  Configure, install and manage Operating System and antivirus software on all company systems.  Perform Daily Monitor for Servers System Logs  Maintain, Create User Account, E-mail account

 Responsible for regional office infrastructure, procurement, budget, contracts and services.  Information Management system implementation, support and continuity.  Builds, configures and operates the regional office IT environment including: Windows 2003 – 2008 - 2012 servers, Virtual Machine server’s environment VMware ESXi servers  Builds, configures and operates Microsoft Exchange 2007 – 2010 - 2013.  Operates and Administer the IT Backup Systems, for critical office data.  Responsible for Cisco call manager administration for supporting the VoIP phone system  Configure Operates and Monitor Riverbed server performance and logs.  Configure, Operates and Monitor wireless network using Aruba appliance  Configure Operates and Monitor Cisco ASA firewall performance and logs.
