 Supervise and coordinate day-to-day operations of the store/warehouse and with sales team, ensuring compliance with company policies and standards.  I handle the complete sales support cycle by receiving LPOs from the sales team, preparing and issuing accurate sales quotations, and coordinating closely with the order processing team to ensure smooth workflow and timely execution. I monitor each order until delivery, ensuring that all items reach the customer within the committed timeframe, and I proactively resolve any delivery related issues on priority to maintain customer satisfaction and uninterrupted operations.  Coordinate with the procurement team to track incoming stock.  Monitor stock levels and ensure timely reordering of stocks to prevent shortages.  Conduct regular inventory checks, cycle counts, and stock reconciliations using ERP systems.  Generate and maintain inventory reports and documentation.  Collaborate with the Procurement teams to forecast stock needs based on requirement.  Ensure all incoming and outgoing goods are properly documented, tagged, and stored in designated areas.  Implement and maintain best practices in warehouse organization, layout, and inventory control.  Oversee a team of warehouse assistants, providing training and supervision as needed.  Coordinate the return, repair, or disposal of damaged or obsolete stock in line with company procedures.  Maintain cleanliness and organization of the store to support safe and efficient operations.

 Coordinate and manage the daily receiving process, including inbound & outbound Shipments unloading, checking, and storing incoming merchandise.  Overseeing the entire process of receiving goods, from the movement of delivery truck arrives at the loading dock.  Ensure that all incoming shipments are processed accurately and efficiently.  Monitor and maintain receiving schedules to optimize productivity and minimize delays.  Assign tasks, monitor performance, and provide training and guidance to team members.  Foster a positive and productive work environment.  Verify the quality, quantity, and condition of all incoming goods against purchase orders and invoices.  Identify and resolve any discrepancies or damage issues promptly.  Ensure compliance with company standards and quality control procedures.  Conduct regular inventory checks to prevent stock shortages or overages.  Prioritize safety in all receiving operations, adhering to company safety policies and industry regulations.  Maintain a clean and organized receiving area.  Build and maintain strong relationships with vendors and suppliers.  Resolve any issues or disputes with vendors in a professional and timely manner.  Implement loss prevention measures to safeguard inventory and company assets.  Monitor for theft, damage, and other potential losses.
