Job Description

1. Educational Background: Graduate with a degree in Business Administration, Hospitality Management, Asset Management, Finance, Marketing, Management, or a related field.
2. Skills:
o Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
o Understanding of market research and sales strategies.
o Excellent organizational abilities.
o Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
o Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
o Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
o Strong written and verbal communication in English; Arabic would be an advantage.
3. Experience: 6-10 years’ experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality sector, consultancy, or banking.
4. Other: Highly motivated, proactive, willing to travel, and able to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
5. Responsibilities:
o Strategic Prospecting: Identify and evaluate potential hotel projects for management contracts within Africa, the Middle East, and Asia, aligning with HMH’s growth objectives.
o Market Assessment: Conduct comprehensive market assessments to evaluate the viability and potential of new hotel and hotel apartment projects.
o Pipeline Development: Develop and execute a robust pipeline of projects aimed at driving continuous improvement, innovation, and cost-effective solutions for the Brand.
o Relationship Building: Cultivate and nurture relationships with key stakeholders, including investors, consultants, tourism authorities, financiers, and business leaders, to expand the brand’s presence and influence in target regions.
