Job Description

As the Assistant Outlet Manager, you will Maintain a high customer service focus, contribute ideas and suggestions to enhance the operation, ensure safety in workplace, deal with customer complaints and solve it, make sure the guest requests are granted, ensure delivery of standard and quality, show detailed awareness of product and service and assist the department head with the day to day operation including managing the staff and communicating with other department.

Package & Salary

– Basic Salary: AED 4500
– Housing allowance: AED 3000
– Transport Allowance: AED 300
– Travel Ticket: Yearly
– Entitled for Service Charge
– Language Allowance of AED 150 if speaking any of the 5 languages (Arabic, Russian, German and Chinese)

Requirements
– A minimum of one year of experience working in a hotel in the same role.
– Pleasant and switched on personality.
– 21 years old and above
– Above 5 feet and inches tall = Above 165 cm of height
