Bar Senior Supervisor

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Bar Senior Supervisor to join at a South-Central Bar in a 4 Star Hotel in Dubai, UAE. This role supports the Bar Manager in overseeing daily operations, supervising staff, and ensuring excellent service standards. The ideal candidate is a hands-on leader with strong communication skills and a passion for hospitality.

Key Responsibilities:
• Assist the Bar Manager in all aspects of bar operations and administration.
• Supervise and train bartenders, baristas, and service staff to maintain high service standards.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations.
• Monitor inventory, place orders, and manage stock levels efficiently.
• Handle customer concerns professionally and ensure guest satisfaction.
• Oversee cash handling, POS systems, and daily financial reconciliation.
• Contribute to menu planning, promotions, and bar events.
• Maintain cleanliness and ambience of the bar at all times.
• Step in for the Bar Manager during their absence

Requirements:
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a bar supervisory or assistant management role.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Knowledge of bar operations.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Basic understanding of budgeting and inventory control.
•Russian speaker is a plus
