Executive Chef
The Executive Chef will lead the culinary team, manage kitchen operations, and ensure high-quality dining experience. This role involves menu development, cost control, and staff training.
Education & Certification Requirements
1. Culinary degree or diploma from a recognized culinary school.
2. HACCP Certification or relevant food safety training is a must.
Experience
Minimum 5 years of experience as an Executive Chef or similar senior culinary role in a 4-star or higher hotel, preferably within an international or regional brand in the UAE.
Technical Skills
1. Expertise in international and regional cuisines with a creative approach to menu development.
2. Proficiency in kitchen management software and inventory systems.
3. Strong knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and hygiene standards.
4. Effective cost control and budgeting skills.
Personal Qualities:

– AED 15000 all inclusive (salary breakdown 50% basic and 50% allowances )
