Female Finance Manager

A prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Female Finance Manager to lead and oversee all financial aspects of the property. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong analytical skills and a solid background in United Arab Emirates hotel finance operations.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage day-to-day hotel finance operations including budgeting, forecasting, financial reporting, and audits.
• Ensure compliance with international accounting standards and local regulations.
• Oversee cash flow, working capital, and expense control.
• Collaborate with other departments to support strategic and operational decisions.
• Lead and develop the finance team to achieve departmental goals.
• Liaise with auditors, banks, and external stakeholders.

Requirements:
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA or CMA is a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 5–7 years in hospitality finance, with at least 2 years in a managerial role within a luxury or 5-star hotel.
• Proficiency in hotel finance systems (e.g., Opera, SunSystems, or similar).
• Strong knowledge of UAE financial regulations and tax laws (e.g., VAT).
• Excellent analytical and leadership skills.
• Fluent in English; additional Russian Speaker is an advantage.

Salary Package:
Between 12,000 to 14,000 AED (All Inclusive)
