We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Female Restaurant Manager to lead the operations of a high-end restaurant within our prestigious 5-star hotel in Dubai. The ideal candidate must have UAE experience and will possess excellent leadership skills, refined customer service expertise, and a passion for delivering exceptional dining experiences.

Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring the highest standards of service and guest satisfaction.
• Lead, train, and motivate the restaurant team to maintain performance and hospitality excellence.
• Monitor inventory, budgets, and cost control while achieving revenue targets.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards.
• Collaborate with the executive chef and F&B team for menu development and promotional events.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly and professionally.

Requirements:
• Experience: Minimum 5 years as a Restaurant Manager in a luxury or fine dining environment, preferably in a hotel setting.
• Strong leadership and team management skills.
• Excellent communication in English; additional Russian Speaker is a plus.
• Culturally aware with a strong understanding of luxury hospitality.
• Available to join at the earliest

Salary Package:
Between 10,000 to 13,000 AED (All Inclusive)
