Financial Controller – 4 Stars Hotel

Vacancy Overview

The Financial Controller is responsible for overseeing the financial operations of the hotel to ensure accuracy, compliance, and profitability. This role involves managing budgets, financial reporting, audits, and providing strategic financial insights to support decision-making and maximize financial performance.

Education & Certification Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in finance, Accounting, or a related field (MBA or master’s in finance is a plus).
2. Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or Chartered Accountant (CA) certification preferred.
Experience:
Minimum 5 years of financial management experience in a 4-star or higher hotel, preferably within an international or regional brand in the UAE.
Technical Skills:
1. Expertise in hotel accounting systems and software.
2. Strong analytical skills with knowledge of financial reporting and budgeting.
3. Proficiency in UAE financial regulations and compliance standards.
4. Excellent command of Excel and financial modelling.

– AED 15000 all inclusive (salary breakdown 50% basic and 50% allowances)
