We are seeking a friendly, professional, and organized Front Desk Agent to join in a 5 Star Hotel in Dubai, UAE. The ideal candidate will be the first point of contact for guests and will handle all front desk duties, including check-ins, check-outs, reservations, and guest inquiries, while delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:
• Greet and welcome guests upon arrival
• Check guests in and out efficiently using the hotel management system
• Manage room reservations and cancellations via phone, email, or in person
• Answer inquiries about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Handle guest requests, issues, and complaints promptly and professionally
• Process payments and maintain accurate records
• Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance to ensure guest satisfaction
• Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
• Follow company procedures and security protocols

Requirements:
• Previous experience in customer service or hospitality preferred
• Good communication in English & Russian Language
• Proficiency with hotel management software (e.g., OPERA, Cloud beds, etc.) is a plus
• Ability to multitask and stay calm under pressure
• Professional appearance and demeanor
• Flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• 19 to 35 years old

Package & Salary
• Basic Salary: AED 2000
• Service Charge (between 250 DHS to 800 DHS depending on the revenue)
