We are looking for a Guest Relations Agent for a luxury hotel in Qatar. Responsibilities:

• Welcome and check-in guests in a warm, friendly, and professional manner.
• Address guest inquiries, requests, and concerns promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure that all guest needs are met throughout their stay, providing a personalized experience.
• Coordinate with various hotel departments to ensure guest satisfaction.
• Provide information about hotel services, facilities, and local attractions.
• Handle guest complaints or issues professionally and follow up to ensure complete satisfaction.
• Assist with any other guest-related duties as directed by the management.

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a similar role, preferably in the hospitality industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining a positive attitude.
• Fluency in English (additional languages are a plus).
• A professional, friendly, and approachable demeanor.

• Salary: 2,900 QAR per month.
