Head Waiter

Vacancy Overview

We are looking for an experienced and service-focused Head Waiter/Waitress to lead the team at a Fine Dining Restaurant in Dubai. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent guest service, coordinate staff on the floor, and support daily operations in delivering a refined and memorable dining experience.

Note: Job will start on 15 September 2025

Key Responsibilities:
• Supervise and support the service team during meal periods.
• Greet and seat guests in a professional and welcoming manner.
• Ensure smooth coordination between the kitchen and the service floor.
• Take food and beverage orders and ensure timely delivery.
• Train and guide junior waiters to maintain 5-star service standards.
• Handle guest feedback and resolve complaints professionally.
• Monitor table settings, cleanliness, and dining ambiance.
• Assist with inventory, mise-en-place, and shift scheduling.

Requirements:
• Minimum 2–3 years of experience in a supervisory or senior waiter role, preferably in a 5-star hotel or fine dining restaurant.
• Strong knowledge of food, beverages, and table service etiquette.
• Fluent in English; knowledge of additional languages is an asset (e.g. Turkish, Italian, Russian, Spanish)
• Hands-on leadership with excellent interpersonal and team coordination skills.
• Well-groomed with a confident and courteous personality.
• Ability to work under pressure and in fast-paced service environments.
• Knowledgeable of Wine

Salary & Benefits:
Total Package: AED 6,000/ (USD 1633) + Higher tips
• Duty Meal, Annual Ticket, Medical/Life/Unemployment Insurance, on boarding ticket, 25-50% global staff discount are provided
• On boarding assistant by Management for the first 2 months
