Vacancy Overview
We are looking for a dedicated and detail-oriented HR Assistant cum Coordinator to join at a prestigious Hotel in Dubai. This role supports the HR department in day-to-day administrative and coordination tasks, ensuring smooth operations and a positive employee experience.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in the recruitment process (job postings, screening, interview scheduling)
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases
• Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes
• Support in organizing trainings, meetings, and company events
• Handle general HR documentation and correspondence
• Liaise between departments to ensure HR tasks are completed on time
• Assist in payroll preparation and attendance tracking as needed
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
• 2 years maximum of experience in HR or administrative roles (preferred)- Locally
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities
• Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
• Discreet and trustworthy with confidential information
• Must be available locally
