Vacancy Overview

The HR Manager will drive recruitment, employee relations, training, and talent management. This individual will also be responsible for ensuring a positive work culture and compliance with UAE labor laws.

Education & Certification Requirements:
1. Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Professional HR certification (CIPD, SHRM-CP, or CHRM) preferred.

Experience
Minimum 5 years of HR management experience in a 4-star or higher hotel, preferably within an international or regional brand in the UAE.

Technical Skills
1. Knowledge of UAE labor laws and HR compliance standards.
2. Proficiency in HRIS systems and recruitment platforms.
3. Strong conflict resolution and employee relations skills.
4. Familiarity with training and development programs for hospitality.

Personal Qualities
1. Energetic, approachable, and culturally sensitive.
2. Strong communication and team-building skills.
