Lobby Lounge Manager

Job Description

Job Responsibilities
– Report to the director of food and beverage
– Responsible for lobby lounge daily shift operations and supervision of staff. Will be in charge of the day to day operations of the lounge.
– Implements agreed upon beverage policy and procedures throughout the property.
– Position assists with promoting the lounge, menu planning, maintains standards, assists servers on the floor during peak periods and manages property beverage inventories and controls.
– Strives to ensure guest and employee satisfaction while maintaining the operating budget.
– Determines training needed to accomplish goals, then implements plan.
– Strengthens the food and beverage/culinary team by assisting in other outlets when needed.
Working Hours
– It is 9 working hours a day including break . this is a manager position therefore it is expected to have flexibility in terms of working hours and shifts based on the work flow.
Team Structure
– She will have to manage a team of 15 people. The number might change little bit up and down. Location: Exact location of the hotel and details on any relocation assistance provided.
