Job Description

As an Outlet Supervisor you will be in charge to train, evaluate, lead, motivate, coach, and discipline all employees working at the outlet. You will ensure established cultural and core standards are met. The ability to be visible in the operation, provide recognition, promote good public relations, and handle complaints, concerns or special requests for guests, and group contacts. Describe and ensure quality of all food items, ingredients, and preparation methods, as well as provide knowledge of cocktails and ensure they are prepared correctly. Attend regular operational meetings to ensure effective coordination and cooperation between departments. Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed.

Package & Salary

– Basic Salary: AED 3000
– Accommodation: Provided (Single room)

– Language Allowance of AED 150 if speaking any of the 5 languages (Arabic, Russian, German and Chinese)

Requirements

– A minimum of one year of experience working in a hotel in the same role.
– Pleasant and switched on personality.
– 21 years old and above
– Above 5 feet and inches tall = Above 165 cm of height
