Responsibilities:

• Greet and assist guests at the reception.
• Perform check-in/check-out procedures efficiently.
• Address guest inquiries and fulfil requests
• Support the concierge and front desk operations.

Requirements:

• Arabic speakers and multilingual candidates with fluent English are preferred.
• Hospitality or tourism individuals with strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Passionate about customer service and hospitality
