In my country, I graduated with a Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering at the Polytechnic University of the Philippines. While in the Philippines, I took some courses like Oracle Developer, Visual Basic, and Lotus Administrator. Expanding my study by a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Dubai, short courses like Project Management Professional, Cisco Network Administrator. And during the pandemic period, I took a diploma of Information Technology Business Analysis at New Brunswick Community College, NB, Canada. To further my education, I pursued a Master’s Degree in Business Administration in Dubai and took short courses such as Project Management Professional and Cisco Network Administration. During the pandemic, I earned a diploma in Information Technology Business Analysis from New Brunswick Community College in New Brunswick, Canada.
Over the years, I have gained valuable experience working in various organizations locally. I have developed skills in repairing and troubleshooting computer equipment and devices. Additionally, I worked as a freelance system developer, creating an accounting system for an organization. I was also appointed as a Software Development Supervisor for a high-rise project. After less than 2 years, I received a significant opportunity to work as a System Manager for telecommunication support in the Asian region. I had to administer the Novell Netware, 3Com Plus Network System with Oracle as the front server, and the backend of Oracle Developer Financial and Visual Studio. Also challenge my career to a high level management position dealing with the President and VP of each department through Quarterly presentations on department status, and proposals for the department.
But huge crisis like Pandemic came, that I came to a plan and decided to safe place like Canada to further study IT Business Analyst. Staying for four years, I was able to work as intern to an IT Global Support (HCL Technologies Inc). Here i was working to support Exxon Mobil and Xerox North America. Through online and personal support in the office, collaborating around the world who need our assistance.
Reporting weekly with the regional group, attending some training, updating the international reports, and monthly collaborating with the world group for issues and enhancing our knowledge on daily issues and solutions encountered. When the pandemic hit, I decided to create a plan and relocate to a safe place like Canada to further my studies as an IT Business Analyst. After staying for four years, I was fortunate to secure an internship with HCL Technologies Inc., where I worked in IT Global Support. My role involved providing support for Exxon Mobil and Xerox North America.
I offered both online and in-person assistance, collaborating with teams around the world. My responsibilities included reporting weekly to the regional group, attending various training sessions, updating international reports, and collaborating monthly with global teams to address issues and enhance our knowledge on daily challenges and solutions encountered.
After the pandemic and end of my study, I go back to Dubai working as consultant and support to some organization like NPM, Filipinotimes, Cherrytree Technical LLC, AAA Concrete Floors and Dermarr RealEstate. Were I share my knowledge and skills to provide IT solution that required and approved by the stakeholders.
After the pandemic and the completion of my studies, I returned to Dubai to work as a consultant, supporting organizations such as NPM, Filipino times, Cherrytree Technical LLC, AAA Concrete Floors, and Dermarr Real Estate. In this role, I share my knowledge and skills to provide IT solutions that meet the needs and expectations of the stakeholders.

Work & Experience
•Design, implement, install, configure, and manage cloud systems (emails and websites), and maintain network infrastructure, including routers, switches, firewalls, wireless access points, and other networking devices. •Develop and implement network infrastructure, Email, CCTV, PABX, and Cloud systems. •Troubleshoot and repair of various Multipurpose Printers/Scanners, Monitors, Motherboard, and Telephone systems(PABX). •Analyze and identify the complaint issue and each device's symptoms. •Execute a detailed repair on the telephone circuit board using tools like Signal Tracer, VOM, Cable continuity checker, and other splicing tools. •Provide configuration and programming on devices such as Telephone sets and PABX. •Configure and program the integration of machine devices to the PC/Computer. •Install and configure the software application on the Computer system.
