- Responsible for accurately processing and recording daily financial transactions. - Maintaining accurate and up-to-date cash records on a daily basis. - Coordinate and facilitate timely payments to foreign and local suppliers, ensuring seamless transactions and maintaining positive vendor relationships. - Responsible for approving transactions of sales, inventory transfer and payment. - Collaborate with collection personnel to pursue timely payment of customer overdue invoices, ensuring effective follow-up and resolution of outstanding accounts. - Bank reconciliation on a daily basis. - Manage and maintain accounts payable & receivable process. - Prepare, calculate, and process monthly staff payroll. - Prepare and present comprehensive product analysis reports, providing actionable insights. - Perform monthly closing activities, including preparation and posting of journal adjustment entries and timely completion of the month close process. - Conduct monthly inventory analysis to monitor stock levels, identify trends, and optimize inventory management. - Preform annual closure of accounts. - Responsible for ecommerce daily operations and analysis.
