Monitoring and inspect HVAC plant/Equpment BMS computer terminals &outstation, switches, valves, gauges, alarms, safety devices, and meaters to detect leaks or malfunctions and ensuring the equipment is operating efficiently and safety
PRE OPENING Maintenence of all M&E and HVAC equipment within the hotel complex with special emphasis on health and safety
Ensuring that all work order, PPM &CWA and general maintenance are timely executed Identifying of HVAC / ELECTRICAL / MECHANICAL/PLUMBING equipment maintenance and repairs
