It's a casual fine dining restaurant(Recognized by a Michelin Stared Malta) Where I worked there as a 3rd in Command, All Around Chef Hot (Grill, Pasta and Pass) & Cold kitchen(Starter &Pastry)
Its an italian and Maltese restaurant found in the heart of sliema beach. I worked there in a cold section.
It's a dinner service lounge bar restaurant for over 400-1000 pax capacity. I worked there as the Person in charge of both the cold section and the pastry section. Sometimes I tend to help the Sushi section if it gets busy. As well I Trained new staff
In charge of Pantry Kitchen in a Cafe lobby, Also worked as saucier in the casual fine dining restaurant in Queen's Grill as Saucier.
I worked there as a dining service and a staff reliever in bar.
